Managing Microsoft 365 subscriptions

The Synergy Wholesale Management System supplies you with high-level management features for your Microsoft 365 subscriptions:

• Add/Remove Seats
• Suspend Subscription
• Cancel Subscription

You can utilise these management tools by navigating to the client that currently holds the subscriptions by following the steps below:

1. Login to the Synergy Wholesale Management System.
2. Navigate to Microsoft 365  located within the menu on the left-hand side.
3. Select ‘Manage’ located next to the client you would like to manage a subscription for.
4. Click on the subscription you would like to manage under the ‘Microsoft 365’.
5. A collapse of management options will appear, select the relevant option and follow the prompts.
