2. Search the internet
By using a popular search engines such as Google or Bing you can often find the answers to many common issues that have been experienced by others in the past. Simply copy and paste the relavent error message in to the search box and see what answers come up.
3. Check for self service tools in the Wholesale System
We've spent a lot of time and development building a number of self service tools in to the Wholesale System that may help you to resolve common problems such as firewall blocks, incorrect file or folder permissions, remote SSH access and much more, without contacting our technical support team.
4. Submit a new support request
Our technical support team are here to assist you with any questions you may have. Simply login to the Wholesale System and submit a new request to the technical support team and they will get to back to you as soon as possible (often within a few minutes).
