You'll pay for the service on a per-mailbox basis, which means you will only pay for what you use. There are no minimums, meaning you won't need to pay for email account slots you are not on-selling to your own clients.
Nothing! We can migrate email data from another email provider to our platform. We'll just need to be able to connect to the source email accounts via IMAP.
Yes, you can use any email software, such as Microsoft Outlook, Mac Mail or Thunderbird to connect to the email account via IMAP or POP3.
All of our servers and related infrastructure is located in NEXCTDC's S1 data, in Macquarie Park, Sydney. It's a Tier III certified data centre, which means that high levels of security and lots of redundancies are in place, to ensure that everything keeps running smoothly 24/7.
