How do I enable auto-renew on a domain name?
Enabling auto-renew on a domain name is easily completed through the Synergy Wholesale System:
- Log in to your Synergy Wholesale System account.
- Using the menu go to Domain Names, click Manage and locate the domain name or alternatively use our intelligent search located on the top left-hand side of your account to search for the domain you wish to enable auto-renewal on.
- Toggle on/off the auto-renew icon located under the options section of your domain name.
- You’re all done.
If you would like to enable auto-renewal in a bulk manner, you can do so via your Synergy Wholesale Account >> Domain Names >> Bulk Manage.
Please note that auto-renewal requires your Synergy Wholesale Account to have a positive balance of at least the renewal cost 14 days prior to the domains expiry. If the account does not have sufficient funds to process the renewal purchase it will fail and a notice will be dispatched to you. At that point, the domain will need to be manually renewed either via the Synergy Wholesale System or through the API/WHMCS.
