How do I pay my invoice?

For all invoices we support three payment methods:

• Credit Card – VISA, Mastercard and American Express
• PayPal
• BPay

Payments may be made through the Synergy Wholesale Management System by:

1. Logging into your Synergy Wholesale System account.
2. Go to Financial in your menu and click Invoices.
3. Click on the invoice you wish to pay and select ‘Pay Invoice’.
4. There you can choose to pay via Credit Card or PayPal – alternatively, you may also pay via BPay through your banking institutions internet banking or phone banking facilities using the BPay details we provide.

Please be aware payments made via BPay typically take 2-3 business days to process. If a top-up is urgent or there are weekends or public holidays in effect, we recommend using either Credit Card or Paypal for instant payment.
