How do I request a refund?

For the most part, refunds are not applicable with the services we have on offer. Domain name registrations and renewals are typically unable to be reversed, so once an action has been conducted it is unable to be reversed.
All requests for refund may be assessed on their merit, and in line with our terms of service, through submission of a New Request to our Billing department within your Synergy Wholesale System account.
