How do I update my account contact information?
Keeping your account contact information up to date is critical. Every time you change your address, email address, phone number, etc you should reconfirm these details. To update your contact information please follow these steps:
- Login to your Synergy Wholesale System.
- In the profile menu, located on the top right-hand side of your account, select “Account Options”
- Select ‘Contact Information’.
- Amend your details as required.
- Submit the changes.
Please be aware updating your email address in this area of your Wholesale System account will not update any domain contact information.
