How do I view a list of domain name related emails which have been sent to my client?
Within the Synergy Wholesale System you’re able to see full email logs which detail the emails which have been dispatched to your clients. For domain name registrations these logs will tell you the time, date, subject of the email sent along with confirmation of whether or not it left our mail servers.
To view this information:
- Login to your Synergy Wholesale System account.
- Go to Domain Names in the menu and click Manage.
- Select the relevant domain and in the drop down options click “View Email Log”.
- This will now provide the relevant data to you.
Please note that whilst the email log may show success of the email being sent, due to the nature of email there are many failure points after that including during transit and on the final receiving server. If you are troubleshooting mail delivery issues, it is also advisable to check the mail logs on the recipients end.
