What do I do if a domain name has been suspended for failure to complete Registrant verification?
The suspension of the domain name will be removed after the Registrant data has been successfully verified. You can resend the validation email to the Registrant email address by completing the following steps:
- Login to your Synergy Wholesale System account.
- Using the search box at the top of the left hand menu, search for the domain name in question.
- Select the domain name and in the dropdown options click Contacts.
- There you will be able to resend the email to the Registrant email contact.
The email may also be resent using our API.
Once the verification has been completed, the domain name will immediately be unsuspended and begin resolving following DNS propagation.
