Before cancelling your VPS, we highly recommend to take a backup of any data you wish to keep before proceeding with the cancellation as once the service is cancelled, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Cancelling your VPS Service
If you have taken a backup and are ready to cancel your VPS, below are the steps you can take to cancel your VPS service:
Click on VPS at the left of the page, and then click the 'Manage' option underneath.
Click on the VPS service you wish to cancel.
Click Cancel Service under the administrative options and fill out the questionnaire/acknowledgements.
Service cancellations are processed automatically within 10 minutes. Any eligible pro-rata refund is applied and can be verified in your Transactions section.

What is Halon Outbound Spam Filtering? Halon Spam Filtering (part of our Security Suite Addon) performs scans and checks on all mail leaving your server, taking out anything it suspects as malicious and puts it aside before going through the outbound queue, which stops potential phishing or malicious email messages from ever reaching the internet.
