About cPanel Licenses

cPanel licenses can be purchased for VPS's in various tiers based on the number of accounts you'd like to use. Each license has a maximum number of accounts and customers will be unable to add any further accounts if they reach the limit. The default license included with all VPS plans with cPanel is for up to 5 accounts. If you require more accounts, you can purchase a license upgrade to allow for more accounts to be created on your server.

Adding cPanel Account Licenses

If you would like to upgrade your cPanel Licenses, you can do so at any time by:

1. Log in to your Synergy Wholesale Account
2. Navigate to VPS Hosting > Manage
3. Select the VPS you wish to upgrade the cPanel license for
4. Under Accounting click on Purchase Add-ons
5. From the list of available add-ons, select the desired cPanel license tier based on the number of accounts you require

Note: You are only able to upgrade to 30 accounts from within the Synergy Wholesale portal from the included 5 account license.
