Synergy Wholesale's 'Spring Cleaning' (20% off domain transfers) Promotion

1. Definitions

1.1 “Account” means the account held with Synergy Wholesale by the Customer that is used for billing, contact information and details of the Service(s) assigned to the Customer.

1.3 “Client”, “Customer”, “Reseller” or “Partner” refers to any person, partnership, corporation, or other legal entity acquiring Services from Reseller, which form part of the Reseller”s Services.

1.4 “Premium Domains” refers to domains set as premium at the registry level.

1.5 “Standard Domains” refers to all domains not set as premium or reserved at the registry level.

1.6 “Synergy Wholesale”, “Synergy”, “Company”, or “Business” means Nexigen Digital Pty Ltd trading as Synergy Wholesale (ABN 91 137 543 018).

1.7 “Synergy Wholesale”s Management System” and “Wholesale System” refers to Synergy Wholesale”s customer account, billing and management portal, available online at https://manage.synergywholesale.com.

1.8 “Mandatory Renewal Years” refers to the non-optional required renewal time applied to a domain at the time of transfer as required by the domain’s registry.

2. General

2.1 Synergy Wholesale may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to this agreement will become effective upon their publication on our website.

2.2 Discount is supplied directly at the point of sale within the Synergy Wholesale Management System and via our official API.

2.3 An active Synergy Wholesale account is required to access the promotion

2.4 Promotion applies to new and existing Partners

3. Domain Discount Terms

3.1 Between 9:00 AM Friday 1st of November until 11:59 PM AEST Saturday, 30th November 2024. Standard inbound domain transfers will have an amended 20% off the standard domain transfer cost on mandatory renewal years. 

3.2 Premium domains are not included.

3.3 Optional additional renewal years are not included 

3.4 all existing terms within the Reseller Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy and other term, policy or agreements within Synergy Wholesale still apply.
