Creating a Microsoft 365 client
To order a Microsoft 365 subscription, you will first need to have a client for that subscription set up within the Synergy Wholesale Management System.
To create a client for your Microsoft 365 subscriptions, please follow the below steps:
- Login to the Synergy Wholesale Management System.
- Navigate to Microsoft 365 located within the menu on the left-hand side.
- Select ‘Add New Client‘.
- Enter in the relevant client information.
- Select ‘Create Client’.

We recommend ensuring each of your end-users/customers has their own client profile with the Synergy Wholesale Management System. This will ensure that your client cannot interfere with other clients’ subscriptions.
