Premium domains are reported as unavailable by default. There are two settings inside the Synergy Wholesale Management System to enable premium domain lookups. One for the API, and the other for WHMCS Availability Checker.
You can find the first setting for the API on the API Information page under "API Configuration".
When enabled, it ensures that any call to "checkDomain", or "bulkCheckDomain" will return availability and pricing for premium domain names, this also applies automatically to WHMCS's Domain Availability Checker.
The output for premium domains is exactly the same as standard domains, WHMCS has a different system of checking premium domains which you can read about here.
