We have a range of TLS/SSL certificates that you can purchase at any time via the Synergy Wholesale Management System. Login to the Synergy Wholesale Management System Navigate to SSL Certificates >> Purchase Select the certificate you would like to purchase and click 'Continue' Follow the configuration steps to complete your order Once your order is complete, you will then be able to get the SSL certificate validated and issued.
SSL certificates are purchased and generated for a set period of time, similar to domain name registrations. These are processed via a third-party, Sectigo, and cannot be reversed or refunded once issued.
Once an SSL certificate order has been placed and configured through either the Synergy Wholesale management system, our API or through WHMCS plugins, it is submitted to the SSL Certificate Authority (CA) for processing. At this point of time, the SSL CA will undertake the validation process to ensure it's being rightfully issued.

Verification of an SSL certificate confirms the following information: The organisation that is requesting the SSL certificate is active in business, and operates in the country that's listed in their CSR request. The organisation contact specified is actually an employee of the organisation that's listed in the CSR request.
