Setting up DKIM on white-label emails

If you would like to sign the white-label emails we send on your behalf with DKIM, you can now do so by enabling DKIM signing within the Synergy Wholesale Management and adding the relevant DKIM record to your DNS zone.
You can enable DKIM signing and retrieve the DNS record you need to add via the below steps:
- Log in to the Synergy Wholesale Management System.
- Navigate to ‘Account Settings‘ and select ‘Configurations‘. (if you don’t see the Account Settings option, ensure you’re logged in as the primary user)
- Scroll to ‘DKIM Record Information’, enable DKIM Signing and select ‘Submit Changes’.
- Once enabled, you must ensure you add the DKIM record to your DNS zone.
- If the DNS is managed via our Free DNS hosting service, you can utilise the following article to walk you through the process of adding the DKIM record to your DNS.
- If the DNS is managed via a cPanel service hosted with us, you can utilise the following article to walk you through the process of adding the DKIM record to your DNS.
- If the DNS is managed via a third party, you will need to contact that provider and ask them to set your DKIM record for you.
