Transferring .au direct applications to Synergy Wholesale

This guide is specifically for .au Direct domain Applications, not the domain names themselves.

Synergy Wholesale is not participating in auDA’s process to allow registrants to transfer their .au direct application to Synergy Wholesale from another registrar.

The main factors that were considered in this decision are:

• A cumbersome manual process with no automation to process the transfer
• Process gaps where the application could end up with the wrong reseller
• An overall small amount of affected registrants, the majority of which will likely not seek to move registrars.
