Accessing the Halon Spam Filter log and settings for Axigen Mail

All our Axigen Mail hosting plans include Halon’s advanced spam filtering. Halon shields your inbox from the constant barrage of spam, ensuring a clean and secure email experience for both businesses and individuals.

*Please be aware this guide is only for Axigen Mail users.*

 

  1. Login to the Synergy Wholesale Management System
  2. Navigate to Email Hosting
  3. Click Manage from the left hand side dropdown
  4. Click Manage on the right hand side of the domain you wish to view the inbound or outbound spam logs for
  5. Click Spam Filtering from the tab at the top of the email management window
  6. Click ‘Login To Spam Filtering’

From here you can view and manage the inbound and outbound spam logs for all Axigen mailboxes associated with the domain, as well as manage the Halon Black/Whitelist for the domain.

*Please be aware this example does not show mail logs but they will appear with the relevant details on this page when checked on an active domain*

Here you can manage the inbound Black/Whitelist including comments to track the purpose of each entry.
