Protecting yourself from phishing emails

Four checks to help keep you safe from phishing attempts.

1. Check the email came from an email address ending with @synergywholesale.com, for example – sales@synergywholesale.com.

2. Check that the URL is correct (this can often be done by hovering over the link without clicking it). The safest option is to log in directly via (https://manage.synergywholesale.com) without using the emailed links and navigating to the necessary page, for example, ‘invoices’ or ‘payment details’ under the financial tab from within the management portal directly.

3. Be mindful of poor formatting, and grammatical errors common with phishing content.
