How do I disable auto-renew on a domain name?

To disable auto-renew on a domain which currently has it enabled:
- Log in to your Synergy Wholesale System account.
- Using the menu go to Domain Names, click Manage and locate the domain name or alternatively use our intelligent search located on the top left-hand side of your account to search for the domain you wish to enable auto-renewal on.
- Toggle off the auto-renew icon located under the options section of your domain name.
- You’re all done!
It is also possible to disable auto-renewal in a bulk manner via your Synergy Wholesale Account >> Domain Names >> Manage >> Bulk Manage.
Please note that you will now need to manually renew the domain name when required to avoid expiry.
