Where do I find a domain name certificate?

With all .AU domain registration a certificate of registration is supplied. This is initially sent to the registrant email contact upon registration, however this can be retrieved again through the following steps:

1. Login to your Synergy Wholesale System account.
2. Using the menu go to Domain Names and click Manage.
3. Select your domain name and click Certificate.

Please be aware that Synergy Wholesale can only provide registrant certificates for .AU domain names which were initially registered through ourselves. Domain names registered elsewhere and transferred in require you to contact the creating registrar to obtain the certificate.

Domain name registration certificates are only available for .AU’s.
