How do I change the hosting plan of a cPanel service?

cPanel web hosting services which are already active may be upgraded or downgraded as required through the Synergy Wholesale System, API and WHMCS plugin. To complete a plan change using the web interface, follow these steps:

1. Login to your Synergy Wholesale System account.
2. Using the menu click Hosting and select Manage.
3. Click on the applicable service and in the dropdown options select Plan Change.
4. Follow the prompts to select the new plan it is to be changed to.

Please note some plan changes will require migration between hardware; the Synergy team will be in contact with you in such instances.
