Consolidation of .au domain names from legacy 'ventraipwholesale' accreditation
On 14 February 2018 any legacy domain name held in the accreditation of VentraIP Wholesale will be transferred to Synergy Wholesale. This process is completed without any intervention from registrants or partners, and is subject to auDA policy and approval.
Under this policy, we are required to send a notification to affected registrants 30 days and 7 days before the transfer is actioned. It is important to remember that no action is needed by you or the registrant and that no downtime will result from this change.
The 30 day notice below is being sent to affected registrants on Monday, 15 January 2018:

You are receiving this email as you are listed as the registrant contact on <domain name>.
The current registrar of record for your domain is VentraIP Wholesale. This is the legacy brand name operated by Synergy Wholesale, who is the wholesale provider of your domain name which you purchased through <synergy partner company name>.
Your domain name will be transferred to Synergy Wholesale, your reseller’s preferred wholesale provider, on Wednesday, 14 February 2018 at no cost to you. The transfer will be seamless with no downtime to your website or emails, and no further action is required to approve this transfer.
However, if for any reason you do not want this domain name transferred to Synergy Wholesale, then you must take action to transfer this domain name to another registrar prior to Wednesday, 14 February 2018.
Please note that all registrars must comply with the .au Domain Name Suppliers’ Code of Practice (http://www.auda.org.au/policies/auda-2004-04) and auDA’s transfers policy (http://www.auda.org.au/policies/auda-2013-02).
