I have ID Protection enabled on a domain name, how do I see which email address it is masking?
When ID Protection is enabled, it masks all of your private details including the email address you have set. Emails sent to that private address are forwarded onto the real email address, so it is important to keep it up to date to receive expiry notices. To check your current email address without disabling your ID Protection please follow these steps:
- Login to your Synergy Wholesale System account.
- Using your menu go to Domain Names and click Manage.
- Select the Domain Name and in the drop down options click ID Protection.
- Under “Email Forwarding for ID Protection” you will see the email address currently being protected and have an option to adjust it.
