If you received an auDA Complaint email about a domain with Ineligible Details
auDA may audit your domain if it has Ineligible Details. This means that auDA cannot confirm if you meet allocation criteria based on the Registrant information on your Domain Name. Some reasons for this include:
- A missing ABN or ACN;
- An invalid Eligibility Number, such as OTHER 0000000, or;
- Information that cannot be verified through the ABR or ASIC databases.
Providing an active ABN/ACN can quickly resolve these types of complaints. In some cases, you may be required to provide an ASIC Registration Certificate that matches the proposed ABN/ACN. Providing this to auDA shows that you are authorised to hold the domain under that entity.
If you have received an email notifying you that your domain has been suspended due to an auDA complaint, the best course of action is to respond directly to that email and request further assistance. Responding to the suspension email ensures your inquiry goes straight to the Synergy Wholesale Complaints Team.
If you cannot reply to the email, you are welcome to send a separate email to customercare@synergywholesale.com from any email address, as long as you mention the affected domain.
