Before proceeding Make sure you also update any website hosted on the service to work with the new domain name Ensure that the domain name you are changing the primary domain to, is not already setup as an Addon Domain or Alias Changing the primary domain name Login to your Synergy Wholesale account Click on Hosting Click on Manage Click on the service you want to change the primary domain for Click on Maintenance Click Change Primary Domain Input the new domain name Click Change Primary Domain

A parked domain allows you to point a domain name at the content of your primary domain name; this is useful where it's supposed to show the same website or you just wish to temporarily point it to a website. Parked domains aren't designed to show their own unique content, but simply draw content from another domain name hosted from your service.

What is an Addon domain? An addon domain allows you to host additional separate websites from within the one hosting service.
