How do I remain informed of expiring domain name registrations?

Staying informed of expiring domain name registrations in your account is easy with Synergy Wholesale. When domain expiry notices are dispatched in the lead-up to the expiration of a domain name, they’re sent to the registrant contact set on the registration which you will typically set as your clients. This isn’t a concern as we allow you to BCC yourself into these email notifications.

To BCC your email address into domain name expiration notices set to the registrant, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Synergy Wholesale System.
2. Go to ‘Account Functions’ >> ‘Email Templates’ in your menu.
3. Select Edit Template next to “Domain – Expiry Notice”.
4. Click the “Receive a Copy (BCC)” tickbox and enter your email address.
5. Submit the changes.
