Cancellations

There are no minimum obligations for you to retain your Synergy Wholesale partner account and no set periods of contracts that may require you to have a minimum duration on your active services. All of Synergy Wholesale's hosting services are not locked-in.

SSL certificates are purchased and generated for a set period of time, similar to domain name registrations. These are processed via a third party, Comodo, and cannot be reversed or refunded once issued.

Typically domain name registrations are simply allowed to lapse as opposed to cancelling them. However, Partners do have the ability to place a domain name into a PendingDelete status which will delete the domain name and purge the name back into the public pool.

Cancelling a hosting service for one of your clients is an entirely automated process; you may complete this either via your Synergy Wholesale System account as well as through the use of the API or WHMCS plugin. To cancel a web hosting service through the online interface: Log in to your Synergy Wholesale System account.
