As Synergy Wholesale is a business purely servicing wholesale clients, we have no direct retail systems. We have a responsibility to the domain name owners and the registrants of the domain names, so we can provide assistance where a reseller of our services is no longer contactable.
You will be required to try every avenue possible to contact your reseller. If you don't know who your reseller is, please use the following page to do so:
If you find you are still unable to reach them, please follow the steps outlined below to recover your domain name.
Using our Domain Recovery page
To recover your domain, please visit the following page: From there, enter the domain name that you would like to recover and press enter. This will detect if your domain is with Synergy Wholesale, and depending on the domain, you have the following options:.au Domain Names
Once you search for the domain, it will display the Registrant Email Address, and Registrant Name/ID. If you have access to this mailbox, you can click on the 'Send Password Reset' button to send the EPP code to that email. (Note: You cannot send the EPP code to any other mailbox other than the registrant contact email listed on the domain) You can then use this EPP code to transfer the domain to another registrar of your choice. If you don't have access to the mailbox, click on the 'Begin manual verification' box. This will ask for the following information:- First Name
- Last Name
- Email address
- Address
- Suburb
- State
- Postcode
- Country
- A letter on company letterhead for the ABN/ACN/BN or TM listed on the domain, stating that you are the rightful owner of the domain name and you'd like it moved into an account in your name. This letter must be signed by yourself.
- Statutory Declaration confirming that everything written in the letter is valid and true to the best of your knowledge and that the letter and identification has been witnessed by a Justice of the Peace OR authorised witness, who is able to sign off on the Statutory Declaration (Pharmacist, Police Officer etc.)
- Copy of the ABN/ACN/BN registration certificate for the organisation listed on the domain
- Government issued photo identification (Passport, State-issued drivers license etc.).
All other domains
Similar to .au domains, once you search for the domain, you will have the option to send the EPP code to the registrant contact email, however this is usually obscured. If you don't recognize the email or receive it, you can then proceed to the manual recovery.- A letter on company letterhead for the Organisation listed on the domains registrant contacts list stating that they are the rightful owner of the domain name and would like it moved into an account in their name. This letter must be signed by the representative.
- Statutory Declaration confirming that everything written in the letter is valid and true to the best of your knowledge and that the letter and identification has been witnessed by a Justice of the Peace OR authorised witness, who is able to sign off on the Statutory Declaration (Pharmacist, Police Officer etc.)
- Copy of the ABN/ACN/BN registration certificate for the organisation where possible.
- Government issued photo identification (Passport, State-issued drivers license etc.).
