In order to update contact information on your domain(s) it needs to be done from an account directly with the registry responsible rather than via our domain management interface. For these types of domains it would be Nominet.

Before proceeding, please make sure you have done the following: Obtained the EPP Code (domain password) for the domain name from the existing domain registrar The domain name has been unlocked (if it's locked) The registrant contact email address assigned to the domain name is correct, and emails can be received to it The domain name is not within the 60 day cooling off period that is in place after the domain is registered Transferring a single domain name is very easy, here are the steps: Login to your Synergy Wholesale account Navigate to Domain Names > New Transfer Input the domain name you want to transfer Click Check for Transfer If the domain name can be transferred, you will be prompted for the Domain Password (EPP Code) Click Check for Transfer You will be prompted for the Registrant's Contact Information.

Sometimes a domain name you want to transfer is be registered with us, but under another Synergy Wholesale Partner's account. The transfer submissions process is the same, as long as you know the EPP Code for the domain name.

Setting up a whitelabel interface for domain names with Synergy Wholesale is fairly easy. All you need to do is setup a CNAME record for your preferred whitelabel domain, such as domains.yourbusinessdomain.com.au to point to the interface hostname that can be found within our Synergy Wholesale management system, under Account Functions >> Interface.

Synergy Wholesale partners can now enable HTTPS for domain name transfer and COR interfaces on their own whitelabel domains, this guide is here to explain the process which is fairly straight forward. If you haven't setup a whitelabel interface for domain name transfers and COR previously and would like to do so then you'll need to do so by following our guide that an be found here, otherwise leaving it as default and using interface.synergywholesale.com as the interface hostname will work with HTTPS by default Once a whitelabel interface has been setup all we need to do is log in to our Synergy Wholesale management system and navigate to Account Functions >> Interface.

Within the Synergy Wholesale System you're able to see full email logs which detail the emails which have been dispatched to your clients. For domain name registrations these logs will tell you the time, date, subject of the email sent along with confirmation of whether or not it left our mail servers.
