cPanel web hosting services which are already active may be upgraded or downgraded as required through the Synergy Wholesale System, API and WHMCS plugin. To complete a plan change using the web interface, follow these steps: Login to your Synergy Wholesale System account.

Resetting of a cPanel password in the event it has been forgotten may be completed either via the Synergy Wholesale System, API or WHMCS. To reset it through the web interface please follow these instructions: Login to your Synergy Wholesale System account.

If your cPanel service goes over the assigned bandwidth limit, it will be suspended by the system automatically.  Bandwidth usage resets on the first of every month.
