Synergy Wholesale is currently working on a new automated process where you can transfer existing Microsoft 365 tenants/clients to Synergy Wholesale. In the meantime, this process is manually handled by the Billing department via Support Request from within the Synergy Wholesale Management System.

The Synergy Wholesale Management System supplies you with high-level management features for your Microsoft 365 subscriptions: Add/Remove Seats Cancel Subscription You can utilise these management tools by navigating to the client that currently holds the subscriptions by following the steps below: Login to the Synergy Wholesale Management System. Navigate to Microsoft 365 located within the menu on the left-hand side.
